Olivia Wirth is Senior Vice President of Sales & Leasing at Citadel Property Advisors, where she specializes in leasing and investment sales for office and healthcare properties. With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Olivia has completed transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including office, medical office, retail, industrial, and land. Prior to joining Citadel, she served as Vice President at SVN Chicago Commercial, where she completed more than 170 sale and lease transactions.

Previously, Olivia held leasing leadership roles at Golub & Company and HSA PrimeCare, where she developed deep expertise in Class A office and healthcare real estate. At Golub & Company, she sourced and negotiated more than 500,000 square feet of lease transactions and expansions across downtown Chicago office and medical office towers, including properties in premier submarkets such as Michigan Avenue, the West Loop, and the Gold Coast. At HSA PrimeCare, she advised healthcare providers and investors on medical office leasing, site selection, and strategic real estate solutions. Olivia is an active leader in Chicago’s commercial real estate community through organizations including CREW Chicago, COLBA, and AMFP, and is recognized for her strong client relationships, strategic market insight, and collaborative approach.
